1. Introduction
Welcome to Wolfberry Creative Landscaping Designs LLC. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided
Wolfberry Creative Landscaping Designs LLC offers professional landscaping, design, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of project estimates and contracts. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Estimates and Contracts
All estimates provided are based on the initial scope of work discussed. Final pricing may be subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, or client modifications. A formal contract must be signed before work begins to outline the full scope, payment terms, and project timeline.

4. Payments and Billing
A deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees. Failure to pay in full may result in legal action or service suspension. Courtesy grace periods and practices are negotiable. If grace periods and courtesy adjustments have been made to assist ANY client with failure to recieve payment in full, Wolfberry Landscaping Designs LLC reserves the right to pursue with legal action up to and including collections or garnishments.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
For large scale projects exceeding one hundred thousand dollars, cancellations made after contract execution but before work begins will be subject to a cancellation fee of ten percent of the total contract value. Once work has commenced, cancellations will result in forfeiture of all payments made up to that point and additional charges based on the percentage of work completed. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least fourteen days in advance and are subject to availability.

6. Project Modifications
Clients may request modifications to the project scope in writing. Additional costs and extended timelines may apply. Any changes must be agreed upon before implementation.

7. Permits and Regulations
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise specified in the contract. Wolfberry Creative Landscaping Designs LLC follows all local, state, and federal regulations and expects clients to do the same.

8. Warranty and Liability
We guarantee our workmanship for a period of twelve months from project completion. This does not cover natural wear and tear, acts of nature, client negligence, or third-party damage. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. Wolfberry Creative Landscaping Designs LLC is not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen site conditions, underground utilities, or third-party contractors.

9. Site Access and Safety
Clients must provide clear and safe access to the project site. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to halt work if safety concerns arise.

10. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and proposals created by Wolfberry Creative Landscaping Designs LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality
Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required to complete the agreed-upon services or comply with legal obligations.

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction of Tucson, Arizona.

13. Amendments
Wolfberry Creative Landscaping Designs LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
